Seth's trip to Buhl

Image
This past weekend Seth & I flew down to visit my parents & Grandma Dennis. It was a short trip but we got a couple visit's in with Grandma, Aunt Nelma,Aunt Wilda, Cousin Tad,and my high school buddy Alicia. I was sorry I didn't get to see everyone but we'll try again in July. Shane stayed home with the three oldest who have sinus colds, he was a trooper but was ready for me to come home. We are in Kelli's offical spring break week, and I'm trying to find things to keep the kids occupied so that I won't strangle them. :-)Thanks for the weekend Mom & Dad

Time with Grandparents

The end of last week my folks got to spend sometime with the grandkids before heading back home. We appreciate the time they got to spend with us,even though seemed short. Kelli has school today then the rest of the week off for Teacher Conferences, then next week is Spring Break. Why they can't have both on the same week I don't understand. Other than that not a lot going on. It looks like I'll be heading down to Twin this weekend to visit my Grandma who isn't doing so good, health wise. Shane graciously volunteered to watch the oldest three so I could do this. I don't think we'll be getting down as a family until July! So Seth gets his first plane ride.

What a whirlwind

We went into Seth 1 month checkup today. He is already 10 lbs, 23inches. Looking great! Also this last week my sister Dawna had a little girl Ansley Claire on the 10th of March, we all got together Sat. for Jasons birthday and visiting. Kelli had a school activity about Dinosaurs on Friday night. Everyone had cameras out taking pictures so the first one you might see again on Dawna & Kurts website. The brusers with delicate Ansley All we're missing is Jason & Thomas

Fun times this weekend

With it being my birthday weekend Shane & I took the kids down to the beach down by the ferry run. It was windy and about 40 degrees but I don't think the temperature warms up on the Sound. Had a wonderful time and we didn't freeze to badly. Speaking of Shane he returned to work today for good, it was fun having him home and we got quite a few projects done. It's snowing today about 3 to 4 inches right now. Seth is doing great had some good awake time this morning, and is sleeping decently during the night. Daniel is a instant smiler no matter the situation. Which is very nice.

Two weeks

So it's been two weeks since Seth arrived, we had his two week checkup today and I'm pleased to say he weighs 9 lbs, 4 oz. And is 22 3/4 inches long. The older kids are doing good, nothing much to report otherwise. Shane & I are in survival transitioning for him to go back to work next Monday. :-( It's been nice having him home.
