Paint on my fingers...itch on my nose.
It is yet another week gone by in the Portland Lambing Household...I keep checking the blog to see if it has magically updated itself and for some reason the fairy blogger hasn't been by yet.

Seth diffently keeps us on our toes, He has the 1" to 1 1/2" reach onto table tops and various surfaces. He also like to climb up stairs and is slowly figuring out the squat to get down stairs. He also loves the toilet and anything to do with water. He is a happy boy bent on destruction and mischievious smiles.

Dakota unlike Seth who causes destruction where we can see, does hers silently or with a cute little song. She is playing better with others and entertaining herself. Her and the neighbor girl Brooklyn are becoming fast friends playing all around the houses and out front. It's very fun to see the girls friendship develop over the 9 months we've lived here full time.
Daniel like Dakota is silent in his mischief and destruction. He also is loving having his daddies old mitt to play ball with. It is a very good motivator for him using the potty chair. He and the neighbor boy Alex are getting along better too and finding fun things to do together. Like playing soldiers.

Kelli is doing good, finishing up 1st grade, so far so good. She is blossoming everyday into such a big girl. She keeps asking when she is transfering into 2nd grade. She and Dakota have such a fun time playing together some days. She also has two neighbor kids who frequent our door and back yards.
For myself I'm enjoying spring, painting our clothesline in the back and finding other projects weather permitting. Itching to build our raised garden, but we have to get approval from the school yet. Been talking walks with Beks, who is a seminary student I've taken under my wing. We've been taking pictures of the beautiful spring colors around campus. School is going good for me, I'm finishing up one class this next Monday and starting the reading for the next.
Shane is on the last two weeks of school for the semister. It has been a good year for him thus far and quiet the learning experience and spiritual growth for the family. He has a few classes planned around this spring and summer for Seminary, then back at it in Sept. but that is soo far away at this point. Summer trips are in the makings we shall have to see what happens.
Here are some pictures from our trip to the coast last weekend..
